Meet Bernard, an upper middle-class teenager who is convinced to donate blood in celebration of his 16th birthday. As unusual as that seems, what follows is even more bizarre: his blood cures cancer, and any type. Once the news gets out, everyone wants a piece of the pie, and he finds himself on the run for his life. With his parents safely out of the way (or so he thinks), Bernard schemes to get his life back and on track. But of course, the chances of that happening are not much better than winning the Mega-Millions Lottery.
